Shine Like Stars

Shine like stars in the universe as we hold out the Word of life (Phil. 2:15)
We're not trying to be rock stars but just shed some light on a sad and lonely world. Stay tuned for how God works through weak and tired, sometimes really cranky vessels.

Hair cut Massacre

I'm pretty sure I need to turn my haircutting scissors in. I've always cut the boys hair, not so much because I like to but because I thought I could do a fairly decent job and I wanted to save money. For years I've cut Michael's hair and recently I've told him I'm done with that...too many heads for me to be responsible for. So he's started buzzing his own hair.

After last night, we'll be taking the boys to get haircuts professionally.

I turned Nathan into Jim Carey from
Dumb and Dumber...
He wouldn't stop legoing long enough
to let me get a good shot.
Aweful Mom Moment:
I chopped Caleb's ear!
I took a chunk off of the top of his ear.
He's okay now. But it bled for a good hour.
I made a makeshift bandage.
He was a good sport about it. Every time I apologized he would say "It's ok mom. Really it's ok." The bathroom looked like a crime scene when it was all said and done.
