Shine Like Stars

Shine like stars in the universe as we hold out the Word of life (Phil. 2:15)
We're not trying to be rock stars but just shed some light on a sad and lonely world. Stay tuned for how God works through weak and tired, sometimes really cranky vessels.

Birthday Girl

We met uncle John and the kids at the zoo for some birthday fun...

Eating lunch

Running through the garden with sissy.

Munching on a bagel.

Playing with some new toys in the lovely princess costume.

A visit from Bubba and Grammy is always fun....
Look they brought a new slide!

So big!

Fun family night eating birthday cones.

Good, good, good!

This picture should be first but blogger won't let me
move my pictures around...annoying.

Sunday Birthday Party in the Park...

Cheese

I love this picture of Aunt Meg!

The guys wearing the shirt we had made as a fundraiser during the adoption process.
They unintentionally matched. Aren't they cute?
It was very fitting that they wore it on her birthday.
Dan (the brother-in-law on the left) created these shirts for us. We gave him words like....hope, little sister, love, and lots of other stuff and then he filled Africa in with those words.
It's amazing that she's here now and she's so comfortable in our family. I am amazed by
the awesome gift of adoption. I'm blessed beyond belief by all four of my kiddos!!
